TIME INVESTMENT

On average, once the training begins, expect to block out about 5 hours of time each week that will be dedicated to the training in some format or another. When exactly some of those hours happen will be up to you as you determine the times for your partner coaching calls and your practice coaching calls as well as when you choose to view the pre-recorded video portions of the training. Other times, like the live coaching calls on Thursdays, will have a set time. Here is the general breakdown of 362 hours of training to complete this program effectively:

In-person live classes: 98 hours
Completing Assignments and Reviewing Supplemental Videos and Training Materials from Online Library: 76 hours
Private Mentor Calls: 8 hours
Partner Coaching: 52 hours
Practice Client Coaching: 52 hours
Individual Study (Homework and Reading): 76 hours

The total program cost is $6000. There is a non-refundable $300 deposit to reserve your spot once accepted.

Participants can pay in one of three ways:

Pay in full by 9/13/25

Pay in two installments of $2850 on 9/13/25 and 1/10/26

Pay in 10 installments of $570 on the 13th of each month starting 9/13/25 and ending 6/13/26

Refund Policy: Before September 13, 2025 a full refund is available minus a non-refundable $300 deposit. After the program begins, no refunds are available for any reason with the exception of our cancelling the program.

CERTIFICATION PROCESS

To become an officially Certified Brilliance Coach, you will need to:

Complete all online learning assignments (watching videos, listening to audio files, and some written assignments) throughout training.
Attend at least 80% of the trainings on Thursdays night sessions, and be present at all Saturday intensives throughout the training.
Coach your trainee partner through the entire Brilliance Curriculum.
Be coached by your trainee partner through entire Brilliance Curriculum.
Coach a minimum of two practice clients through the entire Brilliance Curriculum.
Complete 3 private mentoring sessions with Amy, and 6 private mentoring sessions with Jillian

This training program is structured in such a way that if you stay on task and do your part, you will thrive. At the end of the training, you will not only be certified, you’ll be transformed. A diploma will be mailed to you and you can use the Certified Brilliance Coach badge on your website and in your promotional materials.
